Return Procedures

RETURN GOODS – Purchased direct from a Tool Distributor: Please initiate returns of any sort with the distributor where the tool was purchased.

RETURN GOODS – Purchased direct from BESSEY® Tools: Products purchased directly from BESSEY® which are returned for credit (only permitted if incorrectly shipped or if the product is found to be defective upon receipt), warranty or repair will not be accepted unless permission has previously been received in writing from our office. Please contact BESSEY® at info@besseytools.com to initiate a return. You may be asked for invoice numbers, packing slips or proof of delivery; please have this information ready.

Returned goods are subject to the following conditions:

1. Incoming transportation charges, if not prepaid, will be deducted from credit memorandum.

2. All material returned must be found by BESSEY®, upon arrival, to be in first class saleable condition. If not, the cost of putting it in such condition will be deducted from any credit memorandum.

3. A restocking charge of 20% plus an additional 2% per each month elapsed since date of purchase, of the original invoice cost, will be deducted from any credit memorandum.

4. Products returned must be current products in the BESSEY® product offering
