EZR-SET one-handed clamp innovation is designed with purpose and many possibilities. While this one-handed clamp was originally created to work with track saw guides, it does so much more!

BESSEY’s newest clamp innovation, EZR table clamp, was designed primarily to work with track saw guides (slots/grooves, 12 x 6.5 mm to 12 x 8mm from Festool, Protool, Metabo, Makita, Hitachi/Hikoki and DeWalt), but this clamp does so much more. No tools are required to quickly transform and adapt to its numerous applications. It’s not just about clamping or having the capability to be a spreader, it also offers a unique step-over solution.

The EZR offers single handed clamping and spreading of work pieces with 100 lbs of clamping force. Step-over work is made possible by inserting a 2” adaptor into the upper or lower jaw. The easy to use release mechanism can quickly convert from clamping to spreading without tools simply by using a push button release. Engineered with fibreglass reinforced polyamide and an ergonomically shaped handle, it allows a powerful grip as well as a safe access to the trigger lever. The fully enclosed plastic housing is also protected from dust and chips while the profiled rail offers extra stability. Cross prism design integrated in the plastic caps optimize material protection and allow fastening of round, pointed and angular pieces.

EZR-SET contains two one-handed table clamps with 6” clamping capacity (spreading width 4 ¾” to 12”) and 2 3/8 throat depth.

Pivot handle clamps deliver the extra flexibility from the already uncompromising all steel bar clamp offering from BESSEY®. A 2K ergonomic handle and can be swiveled 90° for extra tightening and rotated 360° to access tight work areas.

German made pivot handle clamps deliver uncompromising quality with patented protected features and a technically advanced steel sliding arm. BESSEY introduces the first of its kind with the GearKlamp. This unique clamp is all made possible by a patent pending mechanism that allows the separation of the spindle from the handle and, where the handle is positioned around the rail.

The BESSEY GearKlamp offers a more compact solution than the classic bar clamp. Broad movements of the clamping arm are done with a quick-adjust button that allows one to get to the right clamping position quickly and productively. The final clamping action is completed by turning the handle, which is uniquely positioned around the rail. Each turn of the handle transfers the clamping force to the spindle via a geared mechanism incorporated into the sliding bar. This innovative design offers a surprisingly comfortable clamping position and permits applications in places where traditional clamps would not be practical.

The GearKlamp is also a winning choice for durability. It has a stable profiled rail made of tempered, burnished steel. The upper section and the sliding bar’s plastic housing protect the drive mechanism from dust and debris and, are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. The unique soft pad can be easily removed to reveal a grooved section to make clamping of oddly shaped objects easier.

The best parallel clamp in the world just got better! How? By listening to you and building in features that provide the solutions you asked for.

With secure clamping up to 1700 lbs, the new K BODY REVOlution (KRE) is designed to clamp at 90 degrees to the rail with very large clamping surfaces. The ergonomic two part handle includes a steel socket that allows one to apply clamping force using a hex key. While this helpful feature was designed for ease of clamping, it does allow one to provide more clamping force and is particularly helpful for those with wrist strength issues.

The operating jaw has undergone some evolutionary changes as well. Position it where you want and start clamping. The easy set up allows one to position the operating jaw where you want and, it will stay put during set up. Three removeable pressure caps allow for easy cleaning and, the two work piece supports prevent the work piece from contacting the rail. A removeable end clip allows set-up for spreading.

The K BODY REVO Vario (KREV) enjoys all the same great features as its fixed jaw cousin but, the KREV models have an adjustable fixed jaw which can be moved at the press of a button. When positioned in the centre of the work piece, the weight can be evenly distributed to avoid unbalanced set-up.

BESSEY is bringing an entirely new generation of compound leverage cutting snips to the market. These snips enable more capacity, precision and comfort with easier operation as a result of innovative design and unique construction.

The new D39ASS snips from BESSEY offer significant technical advantages when it comes to its construction. The snips have an extremely robust joint area which is complemented by a newly developed insert produced from sintered steel. This feature is entirely unique and reduces friction in the pivoting area making the D39ASS both smooth running and extremely wear-resistant.

With a total length of 9 IN and a blade length of 1-1/8 IN these new snips are extremely compact. With a reduced handle opening angle one can comfortably grab the entire handle for maximum application of force. The compact forged jaws permit high-precision cutting of curves and the tightest of radii, while also being very effective at straight cuts. The forged edge’s shapes allows work to flow past the user’s hand instead of towards it so cutting can be sustained longer and still remain safe which serves to enhance productivity. The forged blades also have a much higher hardness rating (61 HRC) than standard industry snips. A central latch on the top of the handle allows right and left-handed users to open and close the snips with ease, without a change in grip.
